We are looking for a pragmatic and versatile personality who enjoys taking on responsibility and successfully shaping projects.
Your tasks:
– Independent support for projects and customers in Switzerland and abroad
– Organization of import and export shipments
– Communication and business correspondence in German and English (French an advantage)
– Planning, calculation and organization of projects and orders
– Support with GACP documentation as well as evaluations and updates
– Assistance with general administration, such as payments, filing and postal services
– Support in production planning and partial assistance in production
Your profile:
– Completed commercial training (KV) or comparable qualification
– Several years of experience in project management and customer service
– Business fluent in German and English, French an advantage
– Experience in import/export
– Confident handling of MS Office and online CMS
– Structured and solution-oriented way of working
– Flexibility and ability to work in a team
