GACP Standard
How we work
The collection or cultivation of plant material is the fundamental starting point for the manufacture of herbal medicinal products.
The Good Agricultural and Collection Practice (GACP) guidelines of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) serve to bridge the gap between field, greenhouse or indoor activities and the industrial production of medicinal products.
This production is carried out in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, which guarantee the quality and safety of medicinal products.
Qualitätssicherung und Schulung
Regelmässige Qualitätskontrollen und Personalschulungen sind notwendig, um die Einhaltung der GACP-Richtlinien zu überprüfen und die Konsistenz des Pflanzenmaterials zu gewährleisten. Dies beinhaltet Tests auf Pestizide, Schadstoffe und den Gehalt an aktiven Substanzen.
Dokumentation und Rückverfolgbarkeit
Ein wesentlicher Teil der GACP ist die lückenlose Dokumentation aller Schritte von der Sammlung bis zur Verarbeitung. Dies erleichtert die Rückverfolgbarkeit des Materials, sollte es zu Qualitätsproblemen kommen.
Verarbeitung und Lagerung
Nach der Ernte muss das Pflanzenmaterial richtig getrocknet, verarbeitet und gelagert werden, um die Qualität und den Wirkstoff zu bewahren. GMP legt Standards für Trocknungsprozesse, Lagerbedingungen und Verpackungsmaterialien fest.
Anbau und Ernte
Die Praktiken umfassen spezifische Methoden für den Anbau, die Bewässerung und die Ernte, um die Qualität des Pflanzenmaterials zu maximieren. Die Ernte erfolgt zum optimalen Zeitpunkt, um den Gehalt an aktiven Inhaltsstoffen zu maximieren.

Mike ist Pionier in der Cannabis-Branche mit über 27 Jahre Erfahrung im Anbau, der Verarbeitung und im Bereich der Produkte-Entwicklung. Er kennt alle Details des täglichen Geschäftsbetriebs, die für einen erfolgreichen Cannabisanbau erforderlich sind, und hat gleichzeitig die Vision, um das Unternehmen zu entwickeln und in die Zukunft zu führen.
SARA FERRARO
Mitgründerin / Leitung Finanzen
Sara hat Mike seit der ersten Stunde der Firmengründung begleitet und teilt seine Liebe zur Flora und Fauna. Mit ihrem exzellenten Geschmackssinn kann sie jede angebaute Genetik alleine am Geruch erkennen. Bei der TB Farming kümmert sie sich hauptsächlich um die Finanzen, aber mit ihrer grossen Erfahrung könnte sie fast jede Funktion in der Firma übernehmen.
JÖRG BRAUCHLI
VP
Jörg Brauchli ist eidgenössisch diplomierter Apotheker und ist bei uns die Verantwortliche Person. In dieser Funktion ist er für die Qualitätsüberwachung und für die Freigabe aller Produktionschargen zuständig. Er bringt einen grossen Erfahrungsschatz im Anbau von verschiedenen Heilkräutern unter GACP-Standard mit.
SIEGFRIED HÖHN
Geschäftsentwicklung & Strategie
Nach seinem Master in Ökonomie an der Columbia University, sammelte Siggi Höhn Erfahrungen bei Investmentbanken in New York, u.a. bei Morgan Stanley und Prudential Equities. Er gründete die Höhn und Partner Depot Management GmbH, die zu einer führenden Adresse im Depot Management wurde, und verkaufte sie nach sieben Jahren. Seine Expertise ist eine Bereicherung für unser Unternehmen.
ROMAN GERBER
Mastergrower
Roman Gerber, mit seinem grünen Daumen, erkennt durch seine Erfahrung auf den ersten Blick, was die Pflanze benötigt, um ihr einen gesunden Wuchs zu garantieren. Er arbeitet eng mit der Produktion zusammen und koordiniert alle Prozesse, um einen erfolgreichen Anbau zu gewährleisten. Durch die konsequente Verbesserung der Abläufe konnte er den Ertrag und die Qualität enorm steigern.
PATRICK ÜBEREGGER
Produktionsleiter
Patrick Überegger ist eidg. dipl. Exportleiter und verfügt über einen reichen Erfahrungsschatz. Er kennt die Regeln und Vorschriften im internationalen Handel durch diverse Auslandsaufenthalte. Die Arbeit mit Pflanzen war schon immer seine Passion und hat ihn zur TB Farming geführt, wo er die Produktion leitet und die Geschäftsleitung nicht nur in kommerziellen Aspekten unterstützt.
MARTIN GNOS
Marketing & Kommunikation
Martin Gnos arbeitet seit über 30 Jahren mit digitalen Medien. Bereits in den 80er Jahren tippte er fleissig in die Tastatur er kennt die Tricks und Kniffe wie kaum ein anderer. Martin hat schon in grossen internationalen Medienhäusern und Agenturen innovative Projekte zum Leben erweckt. Hier hilft er die Produkte bekannt zu machen, Prozesse zu optimieren und Projekte voranzutrieben.
