Diese Substanzen k&ouml;nnen eine breite Palette von Wirkungen auf das Gehirn und die Psyche haben, von stimulierend und anregend bis hin zu sedierend und beruhigend. Psychotrope Stoffe werden oft in der Medizin zur Behandlung von psychischen Erkrankungen oder zur Linderung von Schmerzen eingesetzt.<\/span><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Es gibt verschiedene Klassen von psychotropen Stoffen, darunter:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Stimulanzien<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Diese Substanzen erh&ouml;hen die Aktivit&auml;t des zentralen Nervensystems und f&uuml;hren zu gesteigerter Wachsamkeit, Energie und Konzentration. Dazu geh&ouml;ren Beruhigungsmittel (wie Benzodiazepine) und Opiate.&#8232;<\/span><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Halluzinogene <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Diese Substanzen ver&auml;ndern die Wahrnehmung, das Denken und das Bewusstsein einer Person und k&ouml;nnen zu Halluzinationen f&uuml;hren. Beispiele sind LSD und Psilocybin (der psychoaktive Bestandteil von &ldquo;Zauberpilzen&rdquo;).&#8232;<\/span><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Antidepressiva und Antipsychotika<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Diese Substanzen werden zur Behandlung von Depressionen, Angstst&ouml;rungen, bipolaren St&ouml;rungen und psychotischen Erkrankungen eingesetzt. Sie haben komplexere Wirkungsmechanismen und zielen auf spezifische Neurotransmitter im Gehirn ab.&#8232;<\/span><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_9 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Psychotrope Stoffe k&ouml;nnen sowohl legal (wie in der Medizin) als auch illegal (wie in einigen Drogen) vorkommen.
