Die weiblichen Pflanzen unterscheiden sichvon den m&auml;nnlichen Pflanzen dadurch, dass sie die Bl&uuml;ten produzieren, die den hohen Anteil anCannabinoide enthalten, die sowohl medizinische als auch psychoaktive Eigenschaften haben. &nbsp;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Marihuana<\/a>, ist eine Pflanzengattung aus der Familie der Hanfgew&auml;chse (Cannabaceae). Die Cannabis-Pflanze ist vielseitig und hat eine lange <a href=\"https:\/\/tb-farming.com\/fr\/lexikon\/geschichte\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Cannabis ist eine der &auml;ltesten bekannten Nutz- und Heilpflanzen. Bereits im fr&uuml;hen 3. Jahrtausend v. Chr. wurde Hanf in China angebaut und zur Herstellung von Kleidung und Seilen verwendet. Etwa seit 2000 v. Chr. wird es auch als Heilmittel genutzt.&#8232;&#8232;Die Verbreitung der Hanfpflanze erfolgte &uuml;ber Indien in den Mittleren und Nahen Osten und breitete sich schlie&szlig;lich &uuml;ber Europa bis nach Nord- und S&uuml;damerika aus. Als Rauschmittel fand Cannabis zun&auml;chst in Indien Verwendung, haupts&auml;chlich in kultischen Handlungen. In Europa wurde die Rauschwirkung von Cannabis erst im 19. Jahrhundert bekannt. Seit den 1970er Jahren hat sich Cannabis in Deutschland und vielen anderen&hellip;\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Geschichte<\/a> der Nutzung f&uuml;r verschiedene Zwecke, einschlie&szlig;lich medizinischer, industrieller und rekreativer Anwendungen.<br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><br class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Cannabis enth&auml;lt Hunderte von chemischen Verbindungen, von denen <a href=\"https:\/\/tb-farming.com\/fr\/lexikon\/cannabinoide\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"(Phyto-) Cannabinoide sind die Hauptwirkstoffe, die in der Cannabispflanze vorkommen. Es handelt sich dabei um verschiedene synthetische Derivate oder Analoga von Terpenphenolen. Bislang wurden etwa 120 verschiedene Cannabinoide identifiziert.
